Shipping

American Theft Prevention Products ships via UPS ground. If you have your own account we will work with you to ship via your own shipper. Please call us at 866-416-0999 or 847-972-6540.

UPS shipments are sent insured. If your shipment is received damaged, please let us know immediately. Keep your packaging until we have instructions from UPS regarding the claim.

Some products cannot be shipped via UPS, and may require truck or other shipment methods. We wil work with you on the most cost effective shipping method.

Returns

American Theft Prevention Products wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. Recognize that we cannot guarantee that theft will never occur. We provide the tools to help discourage and thwart theft efforts. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us. We can accept returns on most unused, resellable, products within thirty days. A few manufacturers have restrictions on returns. Some products may require a restocking fee.
